1. Preamble
1.1. 2 KD France Sarl (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") offers, through the NavXL application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), GPS navigation services specially designed for heavy goods vehicles. These services include maps adapted to heavy goods vehicles, optimized routes, real-time alerts on traffic restrictions, danger zones and traffic conditions, as well as information on points of interest specific to heavy goods vehicles (rest areas, fuel stations, etc.).
1.2. These GCUV govern the commercial relations arising from the use of the application's services by users (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.3. Use of the site, the application, subscriptions and products purchased is strictly reserved for private and personal use.
1.4. The site and the application are open to all countries that do not prohibit or regulate online browsing services. If the services are illegal in the user's country, the user must refrain from accessing them.

2. Definitions
Site and/or Application: The website [www.nav-xl.com] and/or the NavXL application, published by the Company.
User: Any natural person of legal age or over 16 years of age with the consent of his/her legal guardians.
Subscription/Formula: Monthly or annual formula, tacitly renewable, including access to navigation services.
3. Purpose and Conditions of Use
3.1. The CGUV govern the commercial relations arising from the use of services by users.
3.2 By using the site or the application, the user acknowledges that he/she is of legal age and capable of contracting.
3.3. Subscription is reserved for natural persons in good health, capable of using the services.
3.4. If the user does not agree with the CGUV, he/she must not use the site or application.

4. Subscription
4.1. Subscription with Advertisements :
All users have free access to the application with advertisements.
4.2. Ad-free premium subscription:
Users can take out a subscription to upgrade to ad-free premium mode. This subscription is available for purchase on the stores (App Store and Google Play Store) in monthly or annual versions.
4.3. Subscription conditions :
Premium subscriptions are taken out and renewed automatically via the stores, unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
4.4 Promotional offers :
Promotional offers may be proposed according to the specific conditions mentioned on the site and the blinds.
5. Registration and Subscription
5.1. Creation of a Subscriber Account :
Access to subscriptions requires an Apple or Google account, acceptance of the CGUV and payment of the sums due.
5.2. Choice of Subscription :

5.3. Tacit renewal :
Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless terminated before the end of the current period.
5.4 Payment incident :

7. Responsibility of the User
7.1. Route responsibility :
The truck driver is solely responsible for the route choices made when using the NavXL application. Road signs and local traffic regulations always take precedence over GPS indications.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: 2 KD France Sarl cannot be held liable for any material, physical or immaterial damage resulting from the use of the application, including route errors, accidents or delays.
